Reports To: Purchase Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage day-to-day procurement activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, strong English communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor coordination, quotation collection, order placement, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory using Tally and Excel.
- Evaluate supplier performance, price trends, and market conditions to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal departments and external vendors.
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining documentation for audits and compliance.
- Support in negotiation and cost control efforts to optimize budget efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience (1–3 years preferred) in a purchase or procurement role.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in handling local and outstation vendors.
- Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems.

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.56 per month
