We are looking for a Structural Design Engineer with strong expertise in 2D/3D Planning, AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and ETABS to join our growing real estate and construction team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing structural and architectural drawings, analyzing building structures, and ensuring that designs meet safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare 2D and 3D building plans and detailed structural drawings using AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and ETABS.
  • Design and analyze residential, commercial, and industrial structures as per project requirements.
  • Perform structural calculations, load analysis, and stability checks for buildings and other civil structures.
  • Coordinate with architects, project managers, and site engineers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
  • Review and modify drawings as per client or project feedback.
  • Ensure all designs comply with IS Codes, safety standards, and local building regulations.
  • Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and assist in cost estimation where required.
  • Stay updated with the latest design tools, codes, and construction technologies.

Required Skills & Software Proficiency:

  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
  • Proficient in STAAD Pro and ETABS
  • Knowledge of Revit Structure or SketchUp (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Good understanding of structural mechanics, RCC, and steel design principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (Masters preferred)
  • 15 years of experience in structural design and planning
