JOB DESCRIPTION: Project Land Survey

Objective:

The Project Surveyor will be responsible for Survey of land, location, approach road, electrical line etc.

electrical line root survey viable & feasible project execution w.r.t time cost & quality effectiveness .

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Survey of Land, Location, Electrical line, ROW ,Pvt land.
  2. Take reference of purchased land, identify actual purchased/acquired land -- reference points, marking, align with village map and physically, feasibility check on WTG location, Approach road survey.
  3. ROW Clearance and Site handing over
  4. Ensure no land dispute, final marking, ROW clearance (main road to location), handing over
  5. Site visit with Govt officials, clients, project team, PE team. Show demanded land to govt officers, project- PE, BD.

Key Metrics:

  1. Accuracy of the surveyed area
  2. Accuracy of Auto-CAD drawings

Additional Skills:

  1. GIS Mapping
  2. Knowledge of Auto-CAD
  3. Compliance
  4. Communication Skills
  5. Stakeholder management

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline, Knowledge of AutoCAD is a must

Experience:

Minimum 7- 12 years for relevant work experience and willingness to work at the given location
