An MEP expert designs, installs, and manages mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and compliant with all regulations. This involves coordinating with architects and contractors, preparing technical drawings, performing load calculations, supervising installation, and overseeing maintenance and commissioning of systems like HVAC, power, lighting, and water.

Project Details - Design, Construction, Testing, Commissioning and Operation & Maintenance of Infrastructure Works at Pudussery Central & Kannambra of Palakkad Node in Kerala under extension of Chennai Bengaluru Industrial Corridor (CBIC) to Kochi via Coimbatore "On EPC Basis"

Required Candidate - B.Tech/B.E - Electrical / Mechanical with minimum 12 years of work experience into MEP Works of Integrated Infrastructure Development project of Industrial Parks/townships/SEZs/IT Parks/Road Project (4 Lane & Above), Airport, Utilities In urgan Area like (water, wastewater, drainage, power distribution, water treatment plant, sewerage treatment plants).

The projects should comprise of Roads and at least 2 components out of strom water, water supply, waste water, power infrastructure, ICT Infrastructure.

Candidate should have relevant experience for at least three similar projects above 650 Cr.
