Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to perform administrative and clerical tasks, support day-to-day office operations, and ensure smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle routine office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Assist HR, Accounts, and Admin teams with basic documentation work.
- Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and service providers when required.
- Support in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure office premises are neat, organized, and well-maintained.
- Perform any other clerical duties assigned by the management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma (preferred).
- Freshers can apply; experience in administrative or office work is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Offered Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
