भूमिका के बारे में

हम अपनी प्रोडक्शन टीम में एक कुशल CNC लेज़र एवं राउटर ऑपरेटर की तलाश कर रहे हैं, जिसे लेटर एवं साइनज इंडस्ट्री का अनुभव हो। उम्मीदवार को CNC लेज़र कटर और राउटर मशीनों का संचालन कर उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले साइनज कॉम्पोनेंट्स, लेटर्स और कस्टम डिज़ाइन तैयार करने होंगे।

मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ

  • CNC लेज़र कटिंग मशीन एवं CNC राउटर का संचालन कर साइनज सामग्री (एक्रेलिक, एल्यूमिनियम, लकड़ी, MDF, ACP, PVC आदि) को काटना, उत्कीर्ण करना एवं तैयार करना।
  • तकनीकी ड्रॉइंग, CAD फाइलें और प्रोडक्शन स्पेसिफिकेशन्स को पढ़ना और समझना।
  • सामग्री तैयार करना, मशीन सेट-अप करना और हर प्रोजेक्ट के लिए सही कैलिब्रेशन सुनिश्चित करना।
  • क्वालिटी कंट्रोल बनाए रखना—सभी कटिंग, डाइमेंशन और फिनिशिंग की जाँच करना।
  • मशीन की नियमित देखभाल, सफाई और छोटी समस्याओं का समाधान करना।
  • डिज़ाइनर और प्रोडक्शन टीम के साथ मिलकर समय पर प्रोजेक्ट पूरा करना।
  • सामग्री का कुशल उपयोग सुनिश्चित करना और वेस्टेज कम करना।
  • कार्यस्थल की सुरक्षा मानकों एवं संचालन प्रक्रियाओं का पालन करना।

आवश्यक कौशल एवं अनुभव

  • साइनज/लेटर इंडस्ट्री में CNC लेज़र एवं राउटर ऑपरेटर के रूप में पूर्व अनुभव।
  • साइनज निर्माण में उपयोग होने वाली विभिन्न सामग्रियों (एक्रेलिक, ACP, MDF आदि) का ज्ञान।
  • CAD फाइलें, वेक्टर फाइलें एवं तकनीकी ड्रॉइंग पढ़ने व उन पर काम करने की क्षमता (CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, Illustrator या समान सॉफ़्टवेयर)।
  • मशीन संचालन एवं समस्या समाधान की अच्छी क्षमता।
  • सूक्ष्मता पर ध्यान और गुणवत्ता के प्रति प्रतिबद्धता।
  • स्वतंत्र रूप से तथा टीम में काम करने की क्षमता।
  • CNC मशीनों के बेसिक मेंटेनेंस का ज्ञान।

वांछनीय योग्यताएँ

  • 3D लेटर कटिंग, चैनल लेटर निर्माण एवं साइनज प्रोडक्शन का अनुभव।
  • डिज़ाइन सॉफ़्टवेयर (CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, Illustrator) का ज्ञान।
  • साइनज असेंबली प्रक्रियाओं (माउंटिंग, फिक्सिंग, फिनिशिंग) की समझ।
