Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ipdrg at Shiash Info Solutions Private Limited, located in Chennai. The Ipdrg will be responsible for the implementation and support of IT infrastructure, ensuring system efficiency, managing network configurations, and troubleshooting issues. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring system performance, collaborating with team members on IT projects, and providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of IT services.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in System Monitoring and Troubleshooting
  • Experience with IT Project Collaboration and Technical Support
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Relevant certifications and experience in the IT field
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
