Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in mechanical assembly to efficiently and accurately piece together componentry and systems.
  • Experience in equipment installation to ensure correct setup and functionality according to specifications.
  • Competence in pipe fitting to facilitate effective water treatment processes.
  • Skilled in operating machine tools, ensuring precision and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Ability to conduct preventive maintenance activities to reduce downtime and maintain system integrity.
  • Strong quality control skills to identify defects, adhere to standards and ensure product excellence.
  • Expertise in plumbing to install and maintain water systems, aligning with operational needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and rectify issues swiftly and efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assemble and fit mechanical components in accordance with technical drawings and instructions.
  • Install equipment and machinery, ensuring they adhere to safety standards and operational guidelines.
  • Perform pipe fitting tasks to support our ion exchange resin production processes.
  • Operate various machine tools with precision to create components essential for our products.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance to uphold machinery performance and reduce breakdowns.
  • Ensure quality control is maintained throughout the assembly and installation processes.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to implement and optimize solutions in the production line.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and installation activities for future reference.
