Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in building modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and good English communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy web applications using MongoDB, , , and
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance across the stack.
  • Maintain documentation and participate in code reviews.
  • Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, , , and
  • Experience with MongoDB, database design, and aggregation pipelines.
  • Familiar with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and version control workflows.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
  • Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
  • Good English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Knowledge of AWS, Docker, or other cloud technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
