Hiring for One of the Most Prestigious Multinational Corporations

Job Title: AI/ML Engineer GenAI, NLP, Deep Learning, LLMs

Experience: 4 to 7 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for NLP, GenAI, and LLM-based applications.
  • Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, etc.) for specific use cases.
  • Implement and experiment with state-of-the-art Deep Learning architectures (e.g., Transformers, RNNs, CNNs).
  • Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into real-world applications.
  • Research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML, GenAI, and NLP.
  • Analyze model performance, perform error analysis, and improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Document technical designs, research findings, and best practices.

Technical Skills:

  • 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
  • Strong experience in Python and ML libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, scikit-learn.
  • Solid understanding of NLP techniques: Named Entity Recognition, Text Classification, Summarization, Question Answering, etc.
  • Experience working with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Cohere, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, or similar).
  • Proficiency in building GenAI applications like chatbots, copilots, content generators, or code assistants.
  • Experience with ML Ops tools and practices: model versioning, experiment tracking, CI/CD for ML.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and services related to AI/ML (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and good communication skills.

Notice period : 90 days

Location: Mumbai

Mode of Work : 5 Days WFO
