Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice Principal and Academic Coordinator at Cardinal Warriors School, located in Raipur. The candidate will oversee daily academic operations, maintain and enhance curriculum standards, and ensure high-quality teaching practices. Responsibilities include supporting and mentoring faculty, developing and implementing academic programs, coordinating with administration for smooth functioning, and providing guidance to students through academic advising. Additionally, the Vice Principal will actively participate in strategic planning and ensure adherence to the school's mission of fostering leadership, discipline, and academic excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Education and Curriculum Development, with an emphasis on creating and implementing academic programs.
  • Proficiency in Communication and Academic Advising, with the ability to mentor both students and faculty effectively.
  • Experience in Research to improve teaching methodologies and curriculum design.
  • Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage teams and coordinate academic activities.
  • Master's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field; experience in a leadership role within the education sector is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with competitive exam preparation and student development programs is an asset.
