Role Purpose
Seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on MERN experience , , Express, MongoDB) to build scalable, performant web applications end to end, from responsive UI to robust APIs and data layers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate wireframes/mockups into responsive, accessible UIs with clean integration to backend REST APIs.
  • Develop backend services with , ensuring reliability, security,

and performance.

  • Write maintainable code with unit tests and contribute to test coverage targets.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and assist in reviews.
  • Use Git and Bitbucket effectively for branching, reviews, and CI-integrated workflows.
  • Own features across design, development, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Research and introduce modern tools, patterns, and practices to improve developer experience and system design.

Core Skills

  • Strong Data Structures and Algorithms fundamentals.
  • Proficient in System designing, OOP principles, DOM manipulation, and event handling.
  • Proven full stack delivery using React, , Express, and MongoDB.
  • Solid experience integrating third?party libraries and resolving dependency conflicts.
  • Clear communication and effective team collaboration.

Nice To Have

  • Web performance optimization experience (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals).
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles for SPAs/SSR.
  • Manging Deployments and related architectures.

Education

  • B.Tech in Computer Science or an equivalent technical degree.
