  •  Handling Internal, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit.
  •  Review of Accounts Receivable/Payable Reports and co-coordinating with the team
  •  Coordinating the preparation, maintenance and filing of projected P&L Account, and Balance Sheet as required by bank authorities and other financial institutions
  •  Perform detailed account analysis and corporate month-end processing and reporting
  •  Compile and present detailed monthly, quarterly reports for Management perusal and act as the focal point in preparing year-end
  •  Performing all activities related to tax management, planning and compliance such as GST, TDS, LBT, Income Tax, and Profession Tax. Preparation of MIS reports and forward to management.
  •  Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the Books of Accounts as per standard accounting practice
  •  Implement corporate tax policies and systems and ensure compliance of statutory tax audit
  •  Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register.
  • Work closely with the tax department to ensure performance of tax planning, client interaction and special projects
  • Collaborate with staff on income tax preparation and planning
  • Represent clients with IRS, State or other audits
  • Review completed tax forms and provide recommendations to junior members of our team when needed
  • Research and resolve tax and accounting issues affecting our firm
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and exceptional service.
