Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Staffing: Overseeing the entire process from job analysis and advertisement to candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection.
- Onboarding and Training: Guiding new employees through the onboarding process and developing training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Employee Relations: Managing the relationship between employees and the company, including resolving minor disputes and promoting a constructive work environment.
- Policy Development and Compliance: Developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Performance Management: Overseeing employee performance appraisal systems and working with management to set goals and improve performance.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administering and designing employee compensation and benefits packages and ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
- HR Strategy: Developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives and drive talent management.
Qualifications
- Education
: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. - Experience
: Proven track record in HR leadership, with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Strong ability to lead and manage an HR team and influence stakeholders. - Communication
: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Technical
: Proficiency in HR software and HRIS applications. - Analytical
