Responsibilities:

  • Develop scalable applications for Samsung TV and LG TV.
  • Performing Integration with Analytics using third party services.
  • Participate in code reviews in accordance with program specifications and coding standards, practices and conventions, new designs, changes, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, user experience leads, QA leads and technical leads to analyze customer needs and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with other team members, participating in Scrum meetings, design discussions and team code reviews.

Requirements:

  • Min 3 years of experience developing Smart TV apps.
  • Experience with app development for Samsung TV (Tizen).
  • Experience with app development for LG TV (webOS).
  • Deep understanding of JavaScript
  • t and JS frameworks.
  • Good understanding of playback KPIs.
  • Good understanding of Player development or integration.
  • Understanding of development for different platforms like Mobile, Web, Set Top Box, Smart TV.

Good to have:

  • Good to have experience in publishing app on LG and Samsung appstore and store guidelines
