Position: Senior Engineer Structures & Finishing / QA/QC Assistant Manager Finishing

Experience: 7 to 10 Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred / Maximum 15 Days

Project Type: High-Rise Residential MIVAN (Aluminium Formwork)

Key Responsibilities:

Structural Works:

• Lead and execute complete MIVAN-based structural work from excavation to superstructure completion.
• Strong knowledge of structural work sequencing, including excavation, foundations, vertical elements, slab casting, and post-concreting activities.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project planning, QA/QC, design, and procurement teams.

Finishing Works:

• Manage the entire sequence of finishing works: plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, and fixture installations.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship, timely delivery, and coordination with multiple trades.
• Supervise finishing contractors and resolve site execution issues promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Must have executed a complete high-rise residential project using MIVAN (Aluminium Formwork) from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing for both structure and finishing stages.
• Hands-on knowledge of QA/QC, material specifications, safety practices, and daily site coordination.
• Able to manage site teams, subcontractors, and coordinate with clients and consultants.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities QA/QC Assistant Manager Finishing:

• Supervise and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures for finishing works in a high-rise residential project.
• Inspect and ensure workmanship in plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting, ceiling works, joinery, sanitary and CP fittings, etc.
• Prepare and maintain checklists, inspection reports, and QA/QC documentation as per ISO and project standards.
• Verify all finishing activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with execution teams to prevent rework and ensure timely closure of NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and third-party agencies during audits and inspections.
• Conduct material quality checks (on-site & at source), and ensure testing and certification protocols are followed.

Candidate Profile QA/QC Assistant Manager Finishing:

• Must have extensive experience in QA/QC for high-rise residential finishing works.
• Should be well-versed in site quality systems, ITPs, and documentation.
• Good understanding of national and international quality standards (IS, ASTM, etc.) relevant to finishing trades.
• Strong eye for detail, with a preventive approach to quality management.
• Experience working with PMC, Developer, or reputed Construction Firms.

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in PMC or Developer companies
