Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end daily restaurant operations as per brand standards.
  • Drive sales and profitability by achieving revenue targets.
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are met.
  • Manage inventory, stock control, and minimize wastage.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate staff for efficient operations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest complaints effectively.
  • Monitor expenses, control costs, and submit performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Preferred Profile:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field (preferred).
  • 36 years of experience in QSR / F&B operations with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of QSR operations, food safety, and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment
