We are looking for a
highly skilled Power BI Developer with strong experience
to join our data intelligence team. The ideal candidate will excel in creating dynamic, data-driven visual experiences that transform complex datasets into clear, interactive insights for enterprise stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy
    interactive dashboards and reports
    in Power BI aligned with business and operational objectives.
  • Develop
    custom visualizations
    and seamlessly integrate them into Power BI to deliver advanced analytics and storytelling capabilities.
  • Create optimized
    data models, relationships, DAX measures, and calculated columns
    to ensure high-performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including data engineers, product managers, and business analysts — to understand requirements and translate them into effective visualization solutions.
  • Implement
    row-level security (RLS)
    , manage
    dataset refresh schedules
    , and oversee
    Power BI Service
    deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with
    data governance, quality standards, and performance best practices
    .
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance dashboard interactivity, responsiveness, and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years
    of professional experience in
    Power BI development
    with proven expertise in dashboard design and data storytelling.
  • Advanced proficiency in
    DAX
    ,
    Power Query (M)
    , and
    data modeling techniques
    .
  • Strong hands-on experience with

    for developing and integrating custom visuals.
  • Proficiency in
    SQL
    and familiarity with data sources across
    Azure, AWS, or GCP
    ecosystems.
  • In-depth understanding of
    Power BI Service
    , workspace management, and publishing workflows.
  • Solid grasp of
    data visualization principles, UX/UI design
    , and analytics performance optimization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with
    TypeScript or JavaScript frameworks
    (React, Angular).
  • Exposure to
    Azure Data Factory
