Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced Outbound Tours Managers for multiple branches to lead international tours sales & operations. The ideal candidate must have strong DMC/vendor network, excellent destination knowledge, and proven B2B/B2C outbound tour handling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage outbound tour sales & operations for assigned branch.
  • Develop & promote international tour products/packages.
  • Coordinate with DMCs, suppliers & vendors.
  • Build and manage travel agent & customer relationships.
  • Handle costing, pricing, quotations and negotiations.
  • Ensure end-to-end tour execution & customer satisfaction.
  • Train and support sales teams at branch level.

Requirements:

  • 58 years experience in Outbound Tourism industry.
  • Strong destination knowledge (Asia/Europe/Middle East/Worldwide)
  • Good communication, presentation & leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines.
  • Familiarity with visa procedures preferred.
  • Willing to travel for business needs.
