Responsibilities

  • To draft and check all charter parties submitted by brokers, owners or charterers against the main terms received from principal, also provide service to draft the proforma CP on behalf of clients for this initial onboarding in Sea Contracts.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the CP-draw and CP-audit tasks are carried in accordance with prescribed guidelines and within agreed timelines.
  • To raise issues pertaining to any inconsistencies between the documents assigned or auditing and drafting with the manager for QC.
  • To attend any modifications as may be required to the C/PS as per managers instructions.
  • To ensure upkeep of CP master sheet.
  • To assist the team in preparing reports if required.
  • To assist the development team in data mapping.
  • Assisnt with Data Entry requirement from the group.

Skills and experience

  • Good knowlegde of MS Office
  • 2-3 years experience working experience in charter parties
  • Good communication skills

Requirements and qualifications

  • Good knowledge of CP Forms and experience of CP drafting and auditing.
  • Fluent in English, speaking and writing.
