Role Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Fashion Consultant to join our team at SSIPL Retail LTD. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar. The Fashion Consultant will assist customers in selecting apparel and accessories, provide expert fashion advice, maintain the store's visual presentation, and ensure excellent customer service is delivered to achieve sales goals. The role also involves building customer relationships, staying updated on current fashion trends, and contributing to a vibrant shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting, with the ability to provide fashion recommendations tailored to customers' preferences.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Proven experience in Sales, with the ability to achieve targets and drive store performance.
• Passion for the fashion and retail industry, with knowledge of current trends and styles.
• Ability to work well in a team and build rapport with diverse customers.
• Previous experience in retail or fashion consulting is an advantage.
