Position Overview

As a Groomer Trainee at Pawpad, you'll receive comprehensive hands-on training from experienced professionals and gradually take on independent grooming responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn professional grooming techniques under expert supervision
• Assist in bathing, drying, brushing, and basic grooming during training
• Handle cats and dogs safely and compassionately
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the grooming studio
• Deliver excellent customer service to pet parents
• Travel to client locations for home grooming appointments
• Progress to independent grooming work as your skills develop

Requirements

Must Have:

• Education: Minimum 10th pass
• Age: 18 years and above
• Two-wheeler: Own vehicle with a valid driving license (mandatory for mobile grooming)
• Languages: English, Hindi, or Kannada (fluency in any one is required; more is a plus)
• Physical Fitness: Able to stand for long hours, lift pets (up to 25 kg), and handle physically demanding work
• Animal Handling: Comfortable managing both cats and dogs independently
• Love for Animals: Patience, compassion, and empathy are a must
