We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Vlocity Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce Vlocity (Omnistudio) along with strong development experience in Salesforce platforms. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable software solutions aligned with customer requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand business needs, use-cases, and requirements, delivering user-centric solutions.
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Salesforce and Vlocity (Omnistudio).
  • Define high-level software architecture and implement robust, secure, and optimized solutions.
  • Develop backend components such as APIs, integrations, and microservices.
  • Build user-friendly and interactive interfaces using Salesforce frameworks.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.
  • Implement and maintain test strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and coding best practices.
  • Optimize application performance and introduce new technologies to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, including data encryption and anonymization.
  • Stay updated with emerging Salesforce and Vlocity capabilities, and evaluate them for adoption.

Skills Required:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL).
  • Proven experience in Salesforce Vlocity (Omnistudio) including DataRaptor, Integration Procedures, OmniScripts, FlexCards, etc.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and integration methods.
  • Experience with APIs, microservices, and backend application development.
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies, test-driven development, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Experience Required:

  • 6+ years in IT software development.
  • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Practical experience in at least 2 coding languages (or advanced proficiency in 1).
  • Proven Vlocity/Omnistudio implementation experience.

Preferred Experience:

  • Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) certifications.
  • Exposure to Automotive Cloud and domain-specific Vlocity solutions.
  • Experience with DevOps tools, version control, and cloud deployment.
