Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive, located in Noida. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, and providing customer support through phone interactions. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound sales calls, handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. The role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to sales and customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
• Strong Customer Support skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Proven track record in telesales or a similar role is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
