Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Manager located in Rajkot. The Cluster Manager will oversee multiple store locations, ensuring operational excellence and consistent delivery of the best Apple experience. Day-to-day tasks include managing store performance, developing and implementing sales strategies, leading and mentoring store teams, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Cluster Manager will also focus on driving sales, managing inventory, optimizing store layouts, and coordinating with the regional management to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Store Management, Sales Strategy, and Team Leadership
  • Experience in Customer Service, Operations Management, and Inventory Control
  • Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, and Organizational Skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably with technology products
  • Proficiency in using retail management software and familiarity with Apple products
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
