Job Title: Oracle SCM Consultant - O2C

Key Responsibilities

  • Document end-to-end order lifecycle from order entry to cash receipt, including credit checks, invoicing, and collections.
  • Capture variations across geographies and business lines to standardize fulfillment and billing processes.
  • Support testing phases including unit testing, UAT, and cutover activities.
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues post-go-live.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS configurations.
  • Train end-users and prepare training materials for new processes and systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong understanding of O2C
  • Experience in writing and reviewing functional specs, test scripts, and training documents.
  • Familiarity with OUM methodology and CEMLI lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
