Responsibilities

Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.

Promote training programs, workshops, and professional services.

Generate leads and schedule client meetings for the sales team.

Maintain and update client databases with accurate information.

Handle inquiries with professionalism and customer focus.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil is a plus).

Positive attitude and ability to engage clients over the phone.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools preferred).

Experience in Telemarketing / Inside Sales is desirable.
