Primary Skills : Firewall - Palo Alto/Cisco FTD/FortiGate, WiFi (Wireless LAN), Routing & Switching, Cisco VPC/VDC/VSS

Secondary Skills : AWS/GCP/Azure, Load Balancers, SD WAN

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with the management of Cisco FTD/FMC, Cisco Prime, Cisco Meraki Wireless, Palo Alto, Panorama, Administration of Palo Alto firewall in Azure/ GCP
  • Familiarity with network authentication and network security tools would be desired
  • Configuration using CLI, monitoring traffic and system dashboard using Palo Alto GUI
  • Good understanding the configuring policies, IP Sec VPN, DHCP pools, host entry, SSLVPN settings/SSLVPN portals in Cisco & Palo Alto Firewalls
  • Responsible for Providing L2/L3 troubleshooting support for Managed security devices (Cisco/ Palo Alto /
  • Maintain and operate firewall security management platforms. This includes OS upgrade
  • Assess security advisories and software vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans
  • Develop and maintain support and user documentation and processes
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities for laborious and/or repetitive processes
  • Manage the Network Security Firewall Management Platforms
  • Technical hands-on experience on network security operation management
  • Incident, change, problem management, upgrade of the Firewall Management Platforms
  • Strong technical ability to troubleshoot on Cisco/ Palo Alto platforms in large enterprise involving complex network application flows
  • Basic understanding of Load balancer
  • Good Understanding of CLoud GCP /AZure management of network resources.
  • Good communication Skills and Ablity to manage the US Customers.
