, we are seeking passionate and driven sales professionals to join our growing team.
Job Description:
We are looking for a
Sales Executive
who will be responsible for onboarding and managing clients in the
HoReCa segment
, ensuring consistent purchase of our farm-harvested fish produce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential HoReCa clients (hotels, restaurants, catering services) in given region.
- Pitch and promote our range of live and fresh fish products with emphasis on quality, freshness, and supply consistency.
- Conduct regular market visits, product tastings, and client demos as needed.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and supply schedules with clients.
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
- Work closely with our farm and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales metrics, provide weekly reports, and offer market insights to improve offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in seafood, FMCG, meat, poultry, or cold-chain segments.
- Existing network in HoReCa is a
strong advantage
. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, field-ready, and target-driven.
- Passionate about food and sustainable sourcing.
- Fluent in English and local language(s).
