Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Boutique Tailor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in women's garment stitching, alterations, and custom fittings. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and a passion for high-quality tailoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform alterations and fittings on lehengas, sarees, gowns, and other garments.
  • Stitch custom women's garments based on design specifications.
  • Ensure all garments meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
  • Collaborate with designers and clients to ensure perfect fittings and customer satisfaction.
  • Repair or adjust damaged garments as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to project deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a tailor, preferably in a boutique or luxury fashion environment.
  • Expertise in stitching women's garments, including ethnic wear and bridal outfits.
  • Ability to handle delicate fabrics like silk, chiffon, and velvet with care.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction and design techniques.
  • Excellent eye for detail and precision.
  • Good communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
