Job Summary: Hotel Blue Residency is seeking a dynamic and experienced Receptionist to oversee the front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, room assignments, and guest accounts.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor and manage front desk inventory, including supplies and equipment.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
Assist in budget preparation and cost control measures for the front desk operations.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk or supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
