Job Summary: Hotel Blue Residency is seeking a dynamic and experienced Receptionist to oversee the front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, room assignments, and guest accounts.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor and manage front desk inventory, including supplies and equipment.
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures.
  • Assist in budget preparation and cost control measures for the front desk operations.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk or supervisory role in the hospitality industry.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
