As an Ops Sup Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of employees to deliver operations support services in coordination with the Operations - Core team. Your main objective is to ensure the seamless delivery of operations support services in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a small Operation Support team by delegating daily tasks, recommending new work procedures, and ensuring streamlined operations - Analyze operations information, make evaluative judgements, and solve problems - Identify and resolve routine problems and operational issues with broader departmental impact within established procedures - Identify hiring needs to ensure adequate staffing - Serve as a backup for manager when required - Assess risk when making business decisions, prioritize the firm's reputation, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations - Supervise the activity of others, maintain ethical standards, and create accountability for maintaining these standards Qualifications: - 0-2 years of relevant experience - Direct line management experience in a call center or production environment preferred - Working knowledge of the financial industry preferred - Proactive leadership and motivational skills - Proven organization and time management skills - Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Education: - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience Please note that this job description provides a high-level overview of the work performed, and other job-related duties may be assigned as required.,
