• Overall adherence to safe practices and procedures of oneself and the teams aligned

• Compliance to Syngene' s quality standards at all times
• Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals
• Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time

• End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for key roles, ensuring speed, quality, and experience at every stage.
• Strategic Talent Advisory: Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers, challenging decisions when needed, and offering data-driven guidance to raise the bar on hiring.
