We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager – IT with a strong background in the NBFC sector. The role is responsible for driving the development, implementation, and management of technology-driven financial products and solutions that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Define & own product roadmap: ideate, design, launch & Implement, iterate.
  • Collaborate with tech, risk, compliance, operations and management stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Manage full product lifecycle: requirements → development (APIs, integrations) → Implementations → Users Trainings post → launch monitoring.
  • Drive metrics and analytics: adoption, Cost save, turnaround time, ROI, NPS score
  • Ensure User & Customer -centric UX, sound architecture, scalability & security.
  • To steer along with cross-functional teams & stakeholders; mentor junior product staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Engineering / Computer Science / Finance / Business; MBA / PG in Product/Finance is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of NBFC operations and lending: underwriting, credit, collections, risk policy.
  • Strong analytical & data skills: comfortable with dashboards, BI tools, SQL or equivalent.
  • Experience with software development APIs, vendor (Banks, CERSAI, CKYC, Banking Analysis, GST, E-KYC and other partner integrations).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management & team player
