About the Role

This is a hands-on role for a creative professional who can independently handle video production from shooting with a DSLR to editing high-quality content. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to create visually appealing ad creatives, social media videos, and campaign assets that align with brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot high-quality video content using a
DSLR camera for ads, campaigns, and social media

  • Edit videos professionally with smooth transitions, sound mixing, motion graphics, and brand consistency

  • Create images, t
    humbnails, and short-form content for digital channels

  • Optimize video formats for different platforms
    (Social Media, Meta, Google Ads)

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to bring ad concepts to life

  • Manage basic lighting and audio setups for shoots

  • Deliver final creatives within deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail

What You Bring

-5–10 years of proven experience as a video editor and shooter
(portfolio of independent work required)

  • Proficiency in
    Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve

  • Strong creative sense for
    storytelling, transitions, and visual appeal

  • Hands-on experience with DSLR cameras and basic lighting setups

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Knowledge of social media trends and ad content formats

  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about content creation

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, Communications, or a related creative field
