5 to 8 Years of IT QE experience with hands on with Selenium and c# Decent Automated Testing tool proficiency with Practical experience on any Automation framework like Selenium/Playwright using c# preferably Manual testing proficiency Bachelor?s Degree or MS in Engineering or equivalent Should be capable of working with a diverse team of Quality Analysts and Engineers, and having ability to handle a challenging fast paced development environment with a desire and passion to deliver at the forefront of technology Be the responsible member of QE team for product delivering multiple releases with multiple dependencies, acting as a individual contributor as well as a team player within the client's scrum team, to ensure delivery of high quality product Should be able to effectively work on test plan, help in defining test Strategy, continuously work on test scripts and testing frameworks while Reporting to leads throughout the Testing cycle Should be able to create and modify automated scripts in the proprietary framework for Ascensus (Python/C# based API and web application testing framework with Selenium Webdriver) Enhance the Python/C# based framework by creating and modifying functions Should be able to understand the technical details of the product(s) and assist Development team in trouble shooting issues. Should be able to analyze quality of the product before rolling to Customers by logging Defects and continuously track them to closure Strong Manual testing proficiency using Quality Engineering testing techniques, methodologies and best practices leveraging any test management tools such as TFS Understanding of Object oriented Concepts, Web Application UI model, HTTP, XML, basic understanding of Dynamic web applications, API/ Service Layer and experience with White box, gray box, black box test development Good hands on knowledge of any Object Oriented Programming Language. Motivated to contribute and do what it takes to get things done as well as motivate others Think Strategically and big and should always be a vocal member in the team Challenge developers on design and BA?s on requirements that are vague and cannot be tested. Possess organizational skills and have ability to follow and meet deadlines for themselves, achieve and maintain expected productivity levels. Be able to provide regular, concise QA team status reports. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clear, concise technical writing style Excellent listening, presentation and interpersonal skills; Problem Solving/Analytical Skills - Critical thinking and the ability to lead as part of a problem-solving group whenever needed Ability to prioritize and be responsible for the execution of project tasks in a high pressure environment Ability and Willingness to learn new technologies quickly Ability to work independently as well as within multiple scrum team Understand own strengths and weaknesses, has professional standards with regard to attendance, personal accountability, and integrity
