Job description

We are hiring for Female Receptionists in Beetiah to manage Desk Admin work at prime view it and electronic located in Beetiah. Receptionist at prime view are generally manage all tasks at Front Desk of customer arriving area and responsible for new file creation, data entry, cash collection and manage incoming calls.

Roles and Responsibilities for Female Receptionist job in Beetiah

  • Maintaining the reception and office main/front desk,
  • Managing the operation schedules/ Beetiah customer meeting and Visits etc
  • Updating the Excel and register on daily basis
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as manage files, reports etc,
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Handle incoming calls, feedback and enquires from customers and dealers

Skills Required to Apply managing customers handling calls Receptionist jobs in Beetiah

Technical:

  • Mandatory: Ms Excel
  • Qualification: 10th Pass and Above

General:

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Verbal and written English communication skills
  • Female candidates are preferred
  • Organizational and time management skills.
