Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Supervisor at The Fern Residency, Parbhani. The Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory and maintaining store presentation. The role also includes supervising store staff, scheduling shifts, ensuring compliance with company policies, and coordinating with other departments to support smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lead and supervise staff with effective Supervisory Skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and dedication to Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with inventory management and stocking practices
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • A degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field is desirable
