Role Overview

Uffizio Group is a fast-growing B2B SaaS & IoT company operating across multiple products and countries. As we scale, we are looking for a
Head of People & Operations
who can think beyond traditional HR and help us
plan, structure, and scale our teams responsibly
.

This role is about
people strategy, workforce planning, and operational alignment
—working closely with founders and leadership to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time.

Key Responsibilities
People Strategy & Workforce Planning

• Own short-term and long-term
  manpower planning (6–12–24 months)
• Forecast hiring needs based on business growth, product roadmap, and revenue goals
• Ensure optimal team size and skill mix across departments
• Reduce over-hiring, under-utilization, and attrition risks

Organizational Design & Scaling

• Design and refine
  org structures
  as the company scales
• Define roles, responsibilities, and reporting clarity
• Support leadership in setting up scalable team models
• Drive succession planning and leadership development

Operations & Execution Alignment

• Work with department heads to align
  people plans with execution goals
• Improve productivity, accountability, and cross-team coordination
• Track people-related KPIs (capacity utilization, performance, attrition, hiring efficiency)
• Build predictable people operations, not fire-fighting systems

Leadership & Culture

• Act as a strategic partner to founders and leadership team
• Strengthen performance culture with clear expectations and ownership
• Ensure strong onboarding, feedback, and review mechanisms
• Balance growth speed with people sustainability

HR Governance (Supportive, Not Primary)

• Oversee HR operations (policies, compliance, processes) through the team
• Ensure systems and processes scale smoothly as headcount grows
• Enable HR team to move from transactional to strategic work

What We're Looking For

• 10–15 years of experience in
  People Strategy / People Operations / HR Leadership
• Experience scaling teams in
  SaaS, IT services, product, or tech-led companies
• Strong exposure to
  workforce planning and org design
• Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership
• Ability to challenge assumptions and bring structured thinking
• Data-driven mindset with business understanding
• Hands-on, practical, and execution-focused

What This Role Is NOT

• Not a payroll-only or admin-heavy HR role
• Not limited to hiring coordination
• Not a policy-only corporate HR position
