Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design, development, and deployment of data products and solutions across global teams.
  • Drive adoption of emerging technologies through rapid prototyping and iterative delivery methods.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of data platforms and services enterprise-wide.
  • Align data innovation strategies with business objectives, IT roadmap, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain partnerships to strengthen data capabilities and ecosystem integration.
  • Oversee governance, timelines, and deployment strategies for data-driven initiatives.
  • Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, customer-centric solutions.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of experience delivering global data solutions at scale.
  • Proven leadership in matrix environments with strong collaboration across boundaries.
  • Expertise in AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake service offerings.
  • Hands-on experience with data lake projects, including acquisition, transformation, and publishing.
  • Strong foundation in analytical data lifecycle management and governance.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
