About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Systems Engineer
with
2–3 years of experience
to help design, integrate, and support mission-critical systems across our organization. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our systems are reliable, scalable, and optimized for performance.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing
    system requirements
    .
  • Support
    system design
    , architecture planning, and documentation.
  • Perform
    system integration, testing, and validation
    .
  • Monitor system performance and drive
    improvements/optimizations
    .
  • Troubleshoot and resolve
    system-level issues
    .
  • Collaborate with software, hardware, and IT teams to maintain seamless system operations.
  • Maintain system documentation, diagrams, and configuration baselines.
  • Support new system deployments and upgrades.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and security standards.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in
    systems engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering
    , or similar.
  • 2–3 years
    of hands-on systems engineering or integration experience.
  • Understanding of the
    systems engineering lifecycle
    .
  • Experience with
    Linux/Windows environments
    and basic networking.
  • Scripting abilities (Python, Bash, PowerShell preferred).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with
    cloud platforms
    (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Exposure to
    DevOps/CI-CD tools
    (Docker, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Kubernetes).
  • Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
  • Certifications: INCOSE ASEP, AWS Associate, Security+, etc.
