Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients and provide detailed information about projects.
  • Qualify potential buyers by understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover from presales to the closing process.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Assist with lead generation efforts and follow-up on existing leads.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up
  • Explain real estate projects, property details, pricing, and offers to potential buyers.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Maintain and update the customer database with relevant details on the Mdoc.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Follow up with potential clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client queries effectively.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to present properties effectively to diverse clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
