Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients and provide detailed information about projects.
- Qualify potential buyers by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover from presales to the closing process.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Assist with lead generation efforts and follow-up on existing leads.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up
- Explain real estate projects, property details, pricing, and offers to potential buyers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain and update the customer database with relevant details on the Mdoc.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Follow up with potential clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client queries effectively.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to present properties effectively to diverse clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
