Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts based on product requirements
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including development and product management to resolve quality issues
  • Communicate effectively with developers business analysts and product owners
  • Work closely with development teams to reproduce issues and verify fixes
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Maintain documentation related to quality processes standards and compliance
  • Participate in the implementation of automated testing frameworks where applicable
  • Maintain and update regression test suites as needed
  • Validate test data and system readiness before execution
  • Ability to take ownership of modules and guide delivery independently
  • Strong problem solving and analytical thinking
  • Ability to write clear emails documentation
  • Excellent communication skills
Technical Requirements:
  • Proficiency in manual and automated testing techniques
  • Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle STLC
  • Experience in writing and executing test plans test cases and test scripts
  • Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools e

  • Hands on experience with automation tools such as Selenium QTP or TOSCA
  • Ability to design and maintain automated test frameworks
