Qualifications

  • IT Sales Management skills
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Information Technology
  • Proven track record in Sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
  • Certifications in Sales or IT Management are a plus

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in IT hardware and software solutions.
  • Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Work closely with OEMs, distributors, and technology partners to offer comprehensive IT solutions.
  • Lead and manage the sales to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions in areas such as networking, storage, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise software.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver customized solutions to clients.
  • Keep track of market trends, competition, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement through excellent service.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in IT sales with a focus on hardware (servers, storage, networking) and software solutions (Hybrid cloud, security, enterprise applications).
  • Strong relationships with key enterprise clients and channel partners.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in handling large deals, RFPs, and enterprise account management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital transformation initiatives.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in selling IT solutions in BFSI, Media, Pharma, Manufacturing, Retail.
  • Understanding of Hybrid cloud computing, AI-driven solutions, and managed services.
  • Ability to leverage CRM tools for sales tracking and forecasting.
