About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our B2B team. In this role, you will create visually compelling designs that strengthen our B2B brand identity, marketing campaigns, and client communications. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop visuals that help engage business clients, communicate product value, and support marketing initiatives across digital and print channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging creatives for B2B presentations, catalogs, brochures, emailers, LinkedIn campaigns, social media, packaging, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand client requirements and create on-brand visuals that drive business engagement.
  • Maintain consistency in brand aesthetics and messaging across all B2B platforms.
  • Develop original graphics, illustrations, and layouts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Stay updated with design and industry trends, providing creative solutions to elevate B2B campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
  • Support B2B marketing campaigns by preparing visuals for client proposals, trade shows, and events.
  • Adapt designs based on client feedback and performance data to optimize engagement.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of proven graphic design experience, preferably in B2B marketing.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Understanding of typography, hierarchy, and design principles.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX design or motion graphics is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, take feedback positively, and adapt designs to business needs.

Preferred / Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with Canva, Figma, or other design platforms.
  • Video editing or animation skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Prior experience in D2C, B2B, skincare, or lifestyle brand marketing.
