Job role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between Purchase, Production, and Planning departments for material requirements.
  • Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs) as per company requirements.
  • Conduct follow-ups with suppliers via calls and emails to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update purchase records, supplier details, and order status.
  • Assist in vendor development and evaluation processes.
  • Support the team in handling documentation, data entry, and system updates (ERP/SAP, if applicable).

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: B.E. / B.Tech (Any Engineering Discipline) — Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and general computer operations.
  • Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems (optional but preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
