Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL/ELT development with hands-on expertise in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle PL/SQL. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust data integration solutions that support enterprise data warehousing, business intelligence, and data migration initiatives.

This role demands a deep understanding of data integration concepts, data modeling, and ETL architecture to ensure the efficient and accurate movement of data across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain data integration workflows using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
  • Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes to support data warehousing and analytics platforms.
  • Write complex SQL and PL/SQL queries for data transformation, cleansing, and migration.
  • Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Perform data migration and ensure data integrity during system transitions or upgrades.
  • Apply best practices in data modeling and ETL design.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Work in a collaborative team environment with a focus on continuous improvement and performance tuning.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as an ETL Developer, with at least 4+ years hands-on experience in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
  • Strong knowledge of ELT/ETL concepts, design principles, and best practices.
  • Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL development and performance tuning.
  • Experience in Data Warehousing (DWH) implementations.
  • Proven experience in data migration projects and large-scale enterprise data integration.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and relational databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
