Job Summary

As an ESG and CSR Platform Administrator at SuperHumanRace, you will have the opportunity to work with a

dynamic and innovative team dedicated to making a positive impact on the world. Your role will involve

managing our clients' Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and/or Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) outcomes. Supporting clients using our online platform

GreenDash to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the ESG and CSR platforms, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and report ESG data for internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Coordinate with Client & NGO teams to collect data and metrics for CSR reporting purposes.
  4. Support the development and implementation of company-specific indicator sets, ESG strategies, and

recommended initiatives to drive sustainability goals.
5. Support the development of CSR metrics to measure impact based on the United Nations SDGs and other local, national, and global frameworks.
6. Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in ESG and CSR reporting and compliance.
7. Assist in preparing presentations and communications for internal and external

audiences.
8. Participate in ESG and CSR audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and

standards.
9. Monitor and respond to inquiries and feedback on our platforms from users and/or partners.
10. Contribute to sustainability projects by training users and client teams to promote a culture of

environmental and social responsibility within the organization.

  1. Collaborate with external partners and organizations to expand our network and impact.
  2. Develop collateral like guidebooks to ensure a seamless experience for users.

  3. Build dashboards and reports connecting indicator sets on our online platform to enable data for

    decisions.

  3. Passion for measuring impact and driving meaningful change using data
  4. Prior experience in CSR or ESG administration and/or GHG Accounting is preferred
