Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for the Vice President of Finance at Swan. The role involves overseeing and driving financial strategy, managing reporting processes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Daily responsibilities include developing and managing financial plans, preparing and reviewing financial statements, leading financial forecasting, and overseeing financial reporting to stakeholders. The Vice President of Finance will also collaborate with leadership to ensure the financial health and growth of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance to create and execute short-term and long-term financial strategies.
  • Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting processes.
  • Highly developed Analytical Skills to interpret data and guide strategic decision-making.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and a thorough understanding of financial regulations in Europe.
  • Proven leadership experience overseeing financial teams and contributing to organizational success.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a relevant Master's degree or CPA/CA certification is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with fintech or embedded finance is a plus.
