STEM Teacher

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Robotics & STEM Trainer to conduct engaging, hands-on sessions for school students. The trainer will be responsible for teaching Robotics, Coding, and STEM-related activities, inspiring curiosity, problem-solving, and innovation among young learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive Robotics, Coding, and STEM classes for students (Grades [specify]).
• Deliver curriculum through practical, project-based learning.
• Set up and maintain robotics kits, lab equipment, and software.
• Guide students in building models, coding projects, and participating in competitions.
• Encourage creativity, teamwork, and critical thinking through activities.
• Provide regular feedback on student performance and progress.
• Support school events, exhibitions, and championship participation related to STEM & Robotics.
• Continuously learn and upgrade skills to stay aligned with the latest technology trends.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Engineering/Science/Technology (preferred: B.Tech, B.Sc., or related field).
• Prior teaching/training experience in Robotics, Coding, or STEM (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of robotics kits (Arduino, LEGO, EV3, etc.) and programming basics (Scratch, Python, C++, etc.).
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and working with children.
